After a lazy morning at home we decided we needed some fresh air and the kids needed to burn off some energy. Where better to go than to a Park near the sea where there is also a cafe nearby. In the town of Caernarfon there is a wonderful park called "Coed Helen" that the kids absolutely love going to. We love it because it's well looked after and clean and it's got more than just the usual swings and slide. In the summer there is an Ice Cream Van parked up which is just perfect when it's hot.
We then took a stroll to a cafe on Doc Fictoria and treated ourselves to a well deserved Panad and cake. Osh was delighted they had his favourite Daim Bar Cake, Isabella was happy to share/steal Mammi's Sticky
Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream, poor Martha had to make do with Formula milk.
I love it when a last minute decision to take the kids out turns in to a lovely afternoon.
