The week according to my phone || 08.02.15

I'm happy to report that this week I managed a bit of Mammi&Martha time; after dropping Isabella off at school on Wednesday we headed to Dunelm Mill for a spot of lunch and a browse around the shop. I have forgotten how much easier it is when you only have a small child in a pram to look after and don't have a toddler running around the shop at the same time. This week I'm thinking of going to Next for the afternoon as our local store has a cafe in store...I think it's going to become an expensive habit.

We spent today (I write this post on a Saturday) in a play centre in Llanberis. Isabella seems really nervous to begin with and won't go to play without me and Mark, but after a while she was fine and we had a bit of a tantrum when it was time to go home. There was a very important football match on this evening so Mark treated us to a Dominoes pizza for dinner to make up for the fact we were having to listen to him shouting at the TV for 90+ minutes.

This week is Heart Week so you can expect a lot of post raising awareness for Congenital Heart Defects through the week; I'm not about to apologise because as you all know - the purpose of the blog is to 1) raise awareness and 2) bring a teeny bit of hope to those about to embark on the same frightening journey as us. I'd really appreciate it if you could all share those posts using the social media icons at the bottom of each post -  I really would appreciate that.

As ever, thank you for all your support.
