I would have sold my soul to the devil last Christmas to wake up like we did yesterday morning; to Isabella jumping on our bed and whispering in Daddy's ear "Do you wanna build a snowman" and then Osh coming in and asking if we can downstairs yet; to hearing Martha shouting "Mammi" from her cot. To us all walking downstairs together and the kids seeing the presents Santa had left for them.
I'll never forget this Christmas, just incase it's the only one of it's kind that we have.
It's not about showing off the presents the kids had, it's not about how much money was spent on each child. It's about the innocence of childhood and leaving with happy memories incase things ever become difficult again. It's about celebrating that we're a family who are still happy together despite the hard times we suffered in 2013.
I hope that if these pictures show anything - it's that my amazing children came through it all and are happy.
From my family to yours - I wish you all the very best of health and happiness.
